The Hempel Collection features in a focus on W2 and the current transformation of the area. Karen Tait, Property Editor at The Hill, uses The Hempel Collection as the lead example for residential developments as part of an ongoing transformation of the area.

Details of the development include the private garden square, noted as being used for the final wedding scene in Notting Hill, the first phase of the project Hempel Square followed by Hempel Gardens as well as the careful restoration of the original white stucco-fronted facades by Amazon Property and British Land. Sales information and the website are also included alongside a prominent image of the townhouses.

Using the Knight Frank W2 report, Karen Tait’s article explores how Bayswater and Paddington have become the latest areas in London to be transformed into sought after residential destinations.

Founded in 1983, The Hill Resident is the free local magazine for Notting Hill and Kensington and is one of sixteen in The Resident series. Each month The Hill is distributed to homes and businesses such as estate agents, cafes, bars and restaurants, across central and west London. The magazine is aimed at affluent residents of Kensington, Earls Court, Notting Hill, Paddington, Bayswater and Knightsbridge.
